Mansehra Toll Plaza Dispute: Court Issues Stay Order, NHA and Other Parties Summoned for October 6

Mansehra: The Sessions Court in Mansehra has issued a stay order in the Ghazi Kot Toll Plaza dispute in favor of Mian Brothers & Co., summoning the National Highway Authority (NHA) and other relevant parties to appear before the court on October 6, 2026.
According to sources, Mian Altaf Hussain approached the court regarding the Mansehra Toll Plaza matter. Following the initial hearing, the court issued a stay order and served notices on the NHA and other concerned parties.
A spokesperson for Mian Brothers & Co. said, “We have the legal contract for the toll plaza. The court has extended the stay order and fixed October 6 as the next hearing date.”
Meanwhile, security has been placed on high alert at the toll plaza following a firing incident. A large contingent of police has been deployed, and a mock exercise was also conducted to maintain law and order and ensure the writ of the state.
The matter will be taken up again by the court on October 6, when the concerned parties will present their respective positions.
